We all know almond is really good for health. It has good cholesterol and its a good source of Vitamin E. Just like peanut butter, this butter is also natural and full of protein. And the best thing is that it is so easy to make Almond Butter at home.
You can use it as a spread for sandwiches. Its super healthy and super tasty. Nowadays it’s my replacement for the normal fatty butter. So here we go –

Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Take 3 cups Almonds and roast it in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes at 200°C/392°F. (You can also dry roast them in a pan, just keep on stirring)
  2. Now transfer the hot almonds directly to the food processor. And food process it for 10-15 minutes or till the oil separates from the almonds. (stir the almonds in between if it sticks to the bottom)
  3. Take out the almond butter from the food processor and transfer it into a container and close the lid. Your Almond butter is ready.
  4. BON APPETITE!
