Ingredients

  1. Sieve 1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida) in a bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt to it.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon Baking Powder and 1 teaspoon Baking Soda in it.
  4. Mix everything together.
  5. Add 1/2 cup Sugar in a Stand Mixer.
  6. Add 1/2 cup unsalted Butter in it.
  7. Mix it using a stand mixer for 1 minute.
  8. Add 2 Eggs into it.
  9. Mix for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract/essence in it and mix it.
  11. Now add 4 mashed Bananas into it and mix.
  12. Add dry ingredients to it, small portions at a time.
  13. Mix it well.
  14. Add orange zest from an Orange. (You can skip this, if you don't like the flavour)
  15. Mix it and take out it out from the stand mixer.
  16. Add 10-15 Chocolate Chips to it and mix it.
  17. Transfer the batter into a loaf Baking Pan.
  18. Tap it 2-3 times on the platform to remove air.
  19. Place it inside the preheated oven. Bake it for 40-45 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
  20. Take it out and check using knife/toothpick, whether its fully cooked or not.
  21. Let it cool completely.
  22. Cut it into 12 pieces.
