Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML

Instructions
  1. Take maida/all purpose flour in a bowl.
  2. Add brown bread powder in it. (brown bread can be replaced with white bread) (take the bread in a grinder and make a smooth powder)
  3. Add salt, curd/yogurt and oil in it. Mix everything well.
  4. Add some water and prepare a little hard dough.
  5. Cover the dough with a damp muslin cloth/kitchen towel and place it in a warm place. Let it rest for 3-4 hours.
  6. Now take a small portion of dough and dip it into oil.
  7. Roll it using a rolling pin. Roll it little thick.
  8. Now heat some oil in a pan. Drop the bhatura in the oil. (high heat all time)
  9. Fry it till golden brown. Keep flipping and pressing the bhatura.
  10. When done take it out on a kitchen towel/tissue paper.
  11. Serve hot with chana masala/chole. BON APPETITE!
