Add cumin seeds/jeera to it. When cumin seeds/jeera starts to crackle, add fennel seeds/sauf, green chillies, coriander seeds and ginger paste to it. Stir well. Add boiled/frozen green peas to it. Cook for some time. Now add salt, chilli powder, amchoor/dry mango powder and garam masala to it. Mix well. Add boiled-mashed potatoes to it and cook for a minute. Add chopped coriander leaves/cilantro to it. Mix and turn of the gas. Let it cool. Now take a white bread and roll it thin using a rolling pin. (the bread should be fresh and not kept inside the fridge, otherwise it breaks down) Take a small round shaped lid and cut the bread into round shape. Cut the rounded bread into half. Take one portion and make a cone out of it. Seal the side with water. Now put some filling inside the cone and then seal that side using water. Deep fry it on medium heat till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup. BON APPETITE!
