Cauliflower Crust Pizza is actually a best replacement for flour base pizza. Especially for people who have Gluten allergy or people who look for gluten free food, its amazing. And surprisingly, this cauliflower crust pizza tastes really nice. To be honest when I was making it for the first time I wasn’t expecting any taste out of it, because I just love my original pizza crust, but when I tasted it, trust me it was amazing. It’s worth a try and its healthy too.

Ingredients
For Base (1 CUP = 250 ML)
For Pizza (1 CUP = 250 ML)
Servings: 6 slices
Instructions
  1. Cut Cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. Transfer it to food processor and process till it becomes fine. (You can also use a mixer)
  3. Transfer it to a microwave safe bowl.
  4. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer it to a muslin cloth or a kitchen towel.
  6. Squeeze out all the water by applying pressure.
  7. Remove it from cloth into a bowl.
  8. Break it into small crumbs.
  9. Add Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Garlic Granules in it.
  10. Add Mozzarella Cheese(grated).
  11. Add one Large Egg(whole).
  12. Mix everything well.
  13. Place a Baking Sheet on Baking Tray, and grease it with oil.
  14. Transfer the cauliflower mixture on it and Press it to make a thin layer.
  15. Use your hands to make a circular wall around the pizza.
  16. Transfer it to a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 250°C/482°F.
  17. Take out the base.
  18. Spread Pizza Sauce on the base.
  19. Add Mozzarella cheese on it.
  20. Add Capsicum, Onion, Jalapeno, Black Olives and Cherry Tomatoes on it.
  21. Add some Olive Oil over it.
  22. Bake Pizza for 8-10 minutes at 250°C/482°F.
  23. Take out the pizza.
  24. Sprinkle some Chilli Flakes and Oregano.
  25. Cut into 6 pieces.
