Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML
For Cheese Bombs

Instructions
  1. Take 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese into a bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup Sweet Corn to it.
  3. Add 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp Chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, a handful of chopped coriander leaves and 2 Tbsp Corn starch to it.
  4. Add 300g of mashed potato to it and mix well.
  5. Now take around 4 Tbsp Flour (Maida) into a bowl and add some water to it, mix to make a smooth runny paste. Keep it aside.
  6. Now take small amount of prepared mixture in your palm and flatten it.
  7. Place cheddar cheese cube in the centre and roll it into the shape of a small ball. (Cover the cheese fully inside the ball)
  8. Now dip this ball into the flour mixture and take out.
  9. Now roll the ball into the bread crumbs and cover it fully with the crumbs.
  10. Prepare all the balls.
  11. Now freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  12. After 30 minutes, heat a Pan and add oil to fry.
  13. Fry the balls on medium-high heat, till golden brown.
  14. Serve hot. BON APPETITE!
