Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML

Instructions
  1. Take 2 cups corn (frozen) and boil them for 2 minutes in water. (If you are using canned ones, do not boil)
  2. Drain out the water.
  3. Transfer the corn into a bowl, add salt and corn starch to it. Mix well.
  4. Add oil in a deep pan.
  5. Fry corns on high heat till golden brown.
  6. Take out the fried corns in a kitchen towel/tissue paper and remove the excess oil.
  7. Now transfer the fried corns to a bowl.
  8. Add chilli powder and amchoor/dry mango powder to it. Mix well.
  9. Serve Hot!
