This snack is prepared only within 7 minutes. You can store it in a container, take it to your office or even pack it in your kid’s lunch/tiffin box.

Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML

Instructions
  1. Take 1 cup raw peanuts in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder/haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1.5 tsp hing/asafoetida, 1 tsp salt and 2 tablespoon lime/lemon juice to it and mix well.
  3. Now put the bowl in the microwave. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. (My microwave is 800 Watts)
  4. Take out the bowl and give the peanuts a stir.
  5. Now microwave it again on high for 3 minutes.
  6. Take out the bowl after 3 minutes and give it a stir.
  7. Now one last time microwave it for 1 more minute. (But keep an eye on the peanuts, they burn really quick)
  8. Take out the bowl and let it cool.
  9. Transfer the peanuts into an airtight container.
