Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML

Instructions
  1. Take hung curd in a bowl and add besan/gram flour to it.
  2. Add garam masala, chilli powder, black pepper, cinnamon powder/dalchini, ginger paste, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to it. Mix everything well.
  3. Rub some oil on your palms and take a scoop of the mixture and roll it to make flatten ball.
  4. Now cover the kebab in all purpose flour/maida. Coat it well.
  5. Prepare all the kebabs at once.
  6. Now shallow fry or deep fry it in oil.
  7. Serve hot.
