Add one medium chopped Onion to it. Fry Onion till it becomes translucent. Add chopped Capsicums now. Cook it for one minute. Add chopped Mushrooms. Add Baby Spinach to it. (You can use normal Spinach also) Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt to it. Add 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Granules. (Its optional) Add 1/2 teaspoon Oregano. Add 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper. Add 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes. Mix everything well. Turn off the gas and transfer the filling into a bowl. Take a bowl/container, add 4 Eggs in it. Add 2 Tablespoon milk to it. Whisk it for a minute. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt in it. And whisk it again. Take a Muffin tray and grease it using oil/butter. Add the filling to it (Equal amount in each one). Now add Egg mixture, equal amount in each one. Transfer it to a preheated oven for 18 to 20 Minutes at 180°C/356°F. (or till its fully cooked) Take the muffins out from the oven. Remove it from the Tray. Serve Hot! BON APPETIT!
