Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML

Instructions
Spinach Puree
  1. Boil Spinach/Palak and blend it in a blender to make puree.
Green Peas Paste
  1. Boil peas till becomes soft. Grind it in a mixer to make paste.
Kebabs
  1. Add boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it using a masher/fork.
  2. Now add spinach puree, green peas paste, paneer, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, corn starch, bread crumbs and peanuts to it.
  3. Mix everything very well.
  4. Now apply some oil in your palms. Take a scoop full of mixture on your palm and roll it to make a flatten ball(kebab).
  5. Split a cashew kernel into half. Paste one part of cashew on top of the kebab and press it.
  6. Prepare all the kebabs at once.
  7. Now heat some oil in a deep pan.
  8. Deep fry the kebabs in oil till golden brown. (medium heat)
  9. Take out the kebabs on a kitchen towel/tissue paper. Serve Hot!
