Soak the potatoes in room temperature water for 30 minutes. Discard the water from potatoes after 30 minutes. And let it dry fully. (you can use kitchen towel to take out the excess water from it) Now transfer the potatoes into a bowl and add 1 Tablespoon Oil, 2 Tablespoon Corn starch and 1.5 Tablespoon Flour/Maida to it. Mix well. Heat oil in a pan to fry. Fry the potatoes till light brown on medium heat. Take out on the tissue/kitchen towel when done. Now double fry them on medium heat till golden brown. Take them out on tissue/kitchen towel when done. (Double fry makes the potatoes crispy) Now heat a pan and add 1 Tablespoon oil in it. Then add 1 Tablespoon ginger and 1 Tablespoon Garlic to it. Stir them. When the ginger-garlic changes colour, add 2 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds to it. Mix well. Now add 2 green chillies and 1 small size chopped onion to it. Mix well. Add 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tablespoon red Chilli sauce and 2 Tablespoon dark Soy sauce to it. Mix well. Add 1 tsp salt. Mix well. Now its time to add fried potatoes. Mix well for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 Tablespoon spring onions and 1 Tablespoon Honey to it and mix. Turn off the gas and garnish it with more spring onions. Serve hot!
