  1. Wash all the mangoes properly.
  2. Now cut the mangoes, and take out the pulp.
  3. Transfer the pulp into the blender, and blend it smooth.
  4. Now heat a pan and transfer the blended pulp into it. Cook for 15 minutes on medium-high heat. (stir continuously)
  5. Take out the pan and transfer the mango to a baking pan. (Use baking sheet)
  6. Spread the pulp into a thin layer and smoothen the surface using a dough scrapper.
  7. Now tap the baking tray twice on the surface to remove any air bubbles.
  8. Transfer the baking tray into a preheated Oven.
  9. Bake it at 75°C/167°F for 3.5 hours.
  10. Take out the baking tray and remove the aam papad gently from the baking sheet. (Start from the corners)
  11. Now cut the aam papad into square pieces as you like.
