Ingredients

  1. Take a pan and add 25 grams of chopped Almonds.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon Flax Seeds in it.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon Sunflower Seeds in it.
  4. Roast it for a minute or so on medium heat.
  5. When they becomes crunchy, add 90 grams Oats in it.
  6. And roast everything for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Turn off the gas and transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool completely.
  8. Take 209 grams of seedless Dates and food process it till it becomes a round ball (If you don't have food processor, you can use mixer as well).
  9. Transfer the Dates into a bowl.
  10. Add the oats mixture into it.
  11. Add Honey into it and kneed everything together.
  12. Take a small Baking Pan (or square tray) and place a Baking Sheet/Aluminium Foil on it.
  13. Transfer the mixture on the baking sheet.
  14. Use your hands to spread it all over the Baking Pan in a thin layer.
  15. Now add Chocolate chips on top of it.
  16. Press the chocolate chips using your hands.
  17. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
  18. After 30 minutes, take the Baking Tray out of the Refrigerator and remove the Granola Bar from the Baking Sheet.
  19. Cut the bars into 10 bars.
  20. BON APPETITE!
