Ingredients
Servings:
Instructions
  1. Take 156 grams Palak/Spinach. Wash it and let it dry completely.
  2. Now grind the palak/spinach in a mixer.
  3. Strain the palak/spinach through a strainer. (We only want to use the water from the palak/spinach)
  4. Do not through the leftover palak, use it to make palak paratha or chapati.
  5. Now add 160 grams of all purpose flour(Maida) to the liquid.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon Salt and 1 Tablespoon Oil to it and knead the dough. (The dough should be hard so do not add water)
  7. Take just a teaspoon water in your palm and coat the dough with it.
  8. Now take a very small ball from the dough (should be smaller than poori roll) and roll it as thin as you can.
  9. Take a knife and cut the roll into the shape of leaf. Make as much leaf as you can.
  10. Now take out the leaves and discard the remaining part (use the discarded part to make next roll).
  11. Take another dough and repeat the process.
  12. Now heat the oil in a deep pan for frying.
  13. Drop the leaves and fry them on medium heat till it becomes dark green.
  14. Take them out on the tissue paper/Kitchen towel.
  15. BON APPETITE!
