Rava Bread or Semolina bread is one of my favourite breakfast recipe. Its so delicious and full of surprises. I never knew that bread can be made with such an interesting filling. Ingredients
Servings: 6-8 breads
Instructions
  1. Take semolina (sooji/rava).
  2. Add Curd/yogurt in it. Mix it well.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt in it and mix.
  4. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, add little water(1 Tablespoon) to smoothen it.
  6. Add Onion, Cilantro/Coriander leaves ,Green Chilli, Carrot and Sprouts in it. Mix it well.
  7. Add Salt(1/2 teaspoon), Oregano and Chilli Flakes in it and mix well. Add little water(1 Tablespoon), if required.
  8. Now take 6-8 brown breads and take a small circular lid to cut the bread in circular shape.
  9. Spread the prepared mixture, generously on one side of the bread.
  10. Heat the Pan/tawa.
  11. Apply some butter/oil.
  12. Place the stuffed side of the bread on pan and press it .
  13. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  14. Now flip the breads and cook for 1 minute.
  15. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green Chutney.
