Instructions
  1. Take semolina(rava/sooji) in a bowl.
  2. Add rice flour, all purpose flour(maida), cumin seeds(jeera), ginger paste, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and yogurt(curd) to it.
  3. Now add water to it and mix. The batter should be very thin and runny.
  4. Heat a pan. (preferably non stick)
  5. Mix the batter nicely using a spoon. (rava tends to set at the bottom)
  6. Now pour the batter on the hot tawa/pan.
  7. Spread some oil on the sides.
  8. When done, take off the dosa from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney. (Do not cook on other side)
