Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML
Servings: idli
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add roasted rawa/semolina and curd/yogurt to it. Mix well.
  2. Leave it for 20-30 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes, mix it again and add some water to smoothen it.
  4. Now add chopped onion, carrots, green chillies, cilantro and salt to it. Mix well.
  5. Add water to get the idli batter consistency.
  6. At last add baking soda and oil to it. Mix gently in one direction.
  7. Now take idli maker, apply oil on it and fill the batter.
  8. Steam it for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup. BON APPETITE!
