Ingredients
Preparation (1 CUP = 250 ML)

Instructions
  1. Take sabudana in a deep bowl and add water to it. (Just enough to soak it)
  2. Take a pan and dry roast the peanuts till it turns little dark. (Medium heat)
  3. When done take out the peanuts. Let it cool and grind to powder.
  4. Now in the same pan add ghee.
  5. Add cumin seeds/jeera to it. When it starts to crackle add some raw peanuts (it's optional), and fry it it becomes little crunchy.
  6. Add chopped green chillies and red chilli powder to it and stir well.
  7. Add chopped boiled potatoes to it and mix well.
  8. Add salt to it and mix.
  9. Now add soaked sabudana and peanut powder to it and mix well.
  10. Add sugar, black pepper and lime juice to it. Mix well and cover it for 2 minutes.
  11. Remove the lid and give it a stir. Garnish it with cilantro/coriander leaves and serve hot!
