Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML
Servings: vada
Instructions
  1. Take sabudana/pearl sago in a large bowl. (wash it once if you feel its not clean)
  2. Add 2/3 cup water (or enough to soak) in it. Soak for at least 3 hours.
  3. After 3 hours, add powdered peanuts to it (Roast some peanuts in a pan, let it cool and grind it). Mix well.
  4. Add salt, black pepper, green chillies, coriander leaves and mashed potatoes to it. Mix everything well.
  5. Now rub some oil in your palm and take some sabudana mixture. Roll it to make flatten balls.
  6. Heat oil/ghee in a deep pan.
  7. Drop prepared vada in it. (Do not over crowd it)
  8. Fry them till golden brown on high heat. Take them out in a kitchen towel/tissue when done.
  9. Serve hot. BON APPETITE!
