Instructions
  1. Take 380 grams of boiled potatoes and mash it using a masher or fork.
  2. Add 2 teaspoon Salt and 3 Tablespoon Schezwan Sauce/Chutney to it. Mix well.
  3. Now take a white bread and cut out the sides.
  4. Now take a rolling pin and roll the bread very thin.
  5. Take a knife and cut out the sides of the bread to make it square in shape.
  6. Now apply some water on the corners using your finger tips. (If you feel the bread is very dry apply some water all over the bread)
  7. Take some filling and put it in the centre. Take some Mozzarella cheese and put it on the filling.
  8. Now fold the bread and seal all the sides using water. Follow this procedure with all the breads.
  9. Take a deep pan and fill it with oil to fry.
  10. When the oil is hot, drop the pockets and fry them till golden brown, keep turning it over in between. (Fry on Medium - High heat)
  11. Serve hot! Bon Appetite!
