Instructions
  1. Take 65 grams dry read chillies and remove all the seeds from it by cutting chillies in half.
  2. After that soak the chillies in warm water for at least 1 hour.
  3. Remove the chillies from water and grind it into a smooth paste. (you can store the chillies in the fridge for 1-2 days)
  4. Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan. (High heat)
  5. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped garlic and 1/2 cup finely chopped ginger to it. Cook till it becomes little brown.
  6. Now add 1/4 cup finely chopped Celery Sticks to it and stir.
  7. Add chilly paste to it and cook for a minute. (keep on stirring)
  8. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 4 Tablespoon Vinegar to it and mix well.
  9. Now cover it and cook for 1-2 minutes. (reduce the heat to low-medium)
  10. Remove the lid and give it a stir again.
  11. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
  12. Transfer the sauce to a container. Store it in the fridge.
