Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML

Instructions
  1. Heat a deep pan and add oil in it.
  2. Now add urad-chana dal, mustard seeds and methi seeds in it.
  3. When mustard seeds starts to crackle, add green chillies and curry leaves in it. Mix.
  4. Now add raw peanuts and cook for a minute. (Medium heat)
  5. Add chopped onion and cook till translucent.
  6. Add chopped carrots,beans and potatoes to it and mix well.
  7. Add salt to it and mix. Cover the lid and cook till veggies becomes soft. (Stir in between)
  8. Now add water and black pepper to it and mix.
  9. When it starts to boil and roasted vermicelli/sewai to it and mix.
  10. Add lime juice and 1 teaspoon oil to it. Mix well and keep stirring.
  11. When the vermicelli dries out, means its done.
  12. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
