Most of the time you wonder how to make restaurant style shahi paneer? Since this is the best gravy option in restaurant for vegetarians.
After attempting so many different recipes of paneer, this is my favourite and best one. If not really restaurant style, it is at least very much close to it. Try this really yummy and healthy recipe.

PRINT THIS RECIPE –
Soak around 10 Cashews in 3 Tablespoon Milk. Leave it for at least 15 minutes.
Now transfer it to a blender and blend it smooth.
Take a pan and add 1 Tablespoon Butter and 1 Tablespoon Oil to it.
Add 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera) to it. Stir it.
Add 1-1 Tablespoon Ginger and Garlic Paste to it and cook it well. (Medium heat)
Add 124 grams (1 medium) chopped onion to it and cook till translucent.
Add 174 grams chopped tomatoes to it, mix it and cover it. Cook it till it becomes soft.
Now add 1 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhana), 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi) and 1/2 tsp Salt. Mix it well.
Cover it for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Take out the mixture in a bowl and let it cool completely.
Transfer the cold mixture into a blender and blend it smooth.
Heat a deep pan and add 1/2 tsp Butter to it.
Add prepared Gravy and Cashew Paste to it and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add 1 tsp honey to it and mix it well.
Add around 1/4 cup Water and boil.
Add 1 tsp Fresh cream and 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder to it. Mix it well..
Add 1 tsp Lime juice and 1/4 cup water to it and give it a boil.
Add 100 grams diced Paneer to it and mix it gently.
Now at last add 1 tsp Garam masala to it. Stir it and serve hot.
