Spinach corn sandwich is the kind of sandwich we find in Starbucks and cafe coffee day.
Its yummy and different and guess what, healthy as well since it has spinach and corn. Its very good for kids as well. This sandwich contains white sauce which is also used in white sauce pasta, so if you like it this is the sandwich for you.

Ingredients
Spinach Mixture (1 CUP = 250 ML)
White Sauce (1 CUP = 250 ML)
Sandwich (1 CUP = 250 ML)

Instructions
Spinach Corn Mixture
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add sweet corn (boil it for 2 minutes) and saute it.
  3. Add spinach to it and mix.
  4. Add oregano, dry basil, garlic granules, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt to it. Mix well and cook until spinach is cooked and left water.
  5. Transfer it to a bowl.
White Sauce
  1. Heat a pan and add butter to it.
  2. Add maida/flour to it. And saute it for sometime.
  3. Now add milk to it and mix. Boil till it becomes thick. Keep stirring.
  4. Add black pepper to it. Mix well. Turn off the flame .
Sandwich
  1. Add the white sauce to the spinach mixture.
  2. Add mozzarella cheese to it and mix well.
  3. Take breads and apply butter on both sides.
  4. Add the filling on the bread and place the other bread to make the sandwich.
  5. Grill it on the sandwich maker or on pan.
  6. Serve Hot!
  1. Heat a pan and add oil in a pan.
  2. Add boiled sweet corns to it and saute.

  3. Add chopped spinach/palak to it and mix.

  4. Add oregano, basil, garlic granules, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt to it. Mix well.





  5. Cook till spinach/palak is cooked and left all the water. When it dries up, transfer to a bowl.

  6. Now heat a pan and add butter to it.
  7. Add flour/maida to it.Cook for one minute.

  8. Add Milk to it. Boil till it becomes thick. Keep stirring.

  9. Add black pepper to it and mix. Turn off the heat and add it to the spinach mixture. Mix well.

  10. Now add shredded mozzarella cheese to it. Mix well.

  11. Take bread and apply butter on both sides. Apply prepared filling on the buttered part.

  12. Place another bread on it. Apply butter on other bread as well.

  13. Grill it on the sandwich maker or on pan.

  14. Cut in halves. Serve hot!
