Sprouts Cheela is also called Sprouts Moong Daal Cheela. Mostly people make normal moong daal cheela, but to make it really healthy I have used sprouted lentil. In this recipe you can learn how to sprout moong. Its a really simple process but it takes time. Sprouts cheela/Moong Dal cheela is a very healthy and simple recipe. I generally eat it in breakfast and snacks or sometimes in dinner. Generally it is served with green chutney, Tomato ketchup or Pickle.

Ingredients
1 CUP = 250 ML
For Cheela
Servings: 8 cheelas
Instructions
For Sprouts
  1. Take 1 cup of Moong Dal(whole).
  2. Add 2 cups of Water in it.
  3. Soak it for 4 hours.
  4. Drain out the extra water from it and transfer it to an air tight container for 4-6 hrs.
  5. Sprouts are ready.
For Batter
  1. Take a Mixer/Grinder and add following into it - Green Chilli Ginger Coriander Salt Sprouts Onion Water
  2. And Grind it to smooth paste.
  3. Now add Rice Flour an Gram Flour.
  4. Add Salt and Oil to it.
  5. Add more water if required to make a smooth paste.
  6. Make a Smooth Batter.
For Cheela
  1. Heat the Pan/Tawa and brush some oil on it.
  2. Pour a scoop full of batter on it.
  3. Spread the batter by lightly pressing it in circular motion (no hurry!)
  4. Make a thin layer.
  5. Brush some oil on the chela and to the corners.
  6. Cover the Cheela and let it cook for 1 minute.
  7. After 1 Minute, it should look like this.
  8. Take out.
  9. Roll it. Serve Hot!
