Instructions
For Chutney
  1. Take a grinder and add coriander leaves, garlic, green chillies, salt and lime juice to it. Grind it to a smooth paste. (Add water if required)
For Stuffing
  1. Take boiled potato in a bowl and mash it.
  2. Add chilli powder, garam masala, amchoor and salt to it. Mix well.
For Outer Covering
  1. Take gram flour/besan in a bowl.
  2. Add turmeric, chilli powder, carom seeds/ajwain and salt to it.
  3. Add water in it. Mix well and make a smooth runny paste.
  4. Keep it aside.
  5. Take 2 slices of white bread. Apply ketchup on one bread and green chutney on other.
  6. Spread the potato filling on one bread. Then place the other bread on it and press gently.
  7. Now add soda to the gram flour/besan mixture and mix it well.
  8. Dip the bread in the besan/gram flour mixture. Cover the bread with it.
  9. Deep fry it in oil till golden brown. (on medium heat)
  10. Take out on paper towel when done.
  11. Serve hot with Ketchup or chutney.
