Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds/jeera to it.
  3. When it starts to crackle, add green chillies, ginger to it. Cook well.
  4. Now add mashed-boiled potatoes to it and mix well.
  5. Add amchoor/dry mango powder, salt and chopped coriander to it. Mix well.
  6. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
  7. Now take wheat flour/atta in a bowl.
  8. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil to it. Mix well.
  9. Add 1 cup water. Knead the flour and form a soft dough.
  10. Take a small portion of dough, dust it with some flour and roll it a little.
  11. Put some of the prepared potato stuffing and seal it.
  12. Roll it round. (not very thin)
  13. Heat a pan or tawa.
  14. Apply some water on one side of the paratha.
  15. Now place the paratha on the tawa/pan. (wet portion on the tawa/pan)
  16. cook for 30 seconds then turn over the tawa/pan. And cook the paratha directly on the flame till you get the brown-black spots on the paratha.
  17. Take out the paratha when done.
  18. Apply butter/ghee on top and serve hot!
