Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions to it.
  2. Add green chillies, ginger-garlic paste to it. Saute untill onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and green peas to it. Cook untill it becomes soft. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add salt, pav bhaji masala and tomato puree to it. Mix well.
  5. Now use a masher and mash the vegetables a little.
  6. Add cooked rice to it. Mix well.
  7. Add lime juice and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix well.
  8. Turn off the heat and serve hot!
