Ingredients

Instructions
Dough
  1. Take maida and wheat flour in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and oil to it.
  3. Add water little by little and knead it into a soft dough.
Filling
  1. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it using masher/fork.
  2. Add salt, amchoor, green chilli, garlic granules and chopped mint leaves to it.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Now take some oil in your palms and take a scoop full of filling. Roll it and make a long cylindrical shape.
  5. Heat a pan and apply some oil on it. Cook the cylindrical roll from all sides, till it becomes golden brown.
  6. Take it out when done. Prepare all the rolls.
Frankie Roll
  1. Take a small portion of dough and roll it like chapati/roti (using a rolling pin)
  2. Now heat a tawa/pan. Cook the rolled chapati on it. Apply some oil on both side.
  3. Prepare all the Chapati/roti at once.
  4. Now take a cooked chapati/roti. Apply a teaspoon of Schezwan Sauce all over it. (one side only)
  5. Add some grated Cabbage on it.
  6. Place the prepared roll on it. (at the centre)
  7. Now add grated Mozzarella cheese all over it.
  8. Roll the Frankie from both sides. And cut in half.
  9. Serve hot!
