Take a bowl and add 2 cup Cabbage, 1 cup Carrot, 1 tsp Ginger, 1 tsp Garlic, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, 4 Tablespoon flour and 3 Tablespoon corn starch in it and mix everything well.
Take small portion of the mixture in your pam and roll it to make a small ball. Make as much balls as you can.
Now heat a pan and add oil to fry.
Fry all the balls till golden brown on medium - high heat.
Take out the balls on the kitchen towel, when done.
Now, heat a pan and add 2 Tablespoon oil to it.
Add 2 tsp ginger and 2 tsp garlic to it and stir.
Add chopped onion to it and cook till it becomes translucent.
Now take a bowl and add 2 Tablespoon corn starch and 1/2 cup water to it and mix well. Add this mixture to the pan and mix.
Add 1 tsp soy sauce and spring onion to it and mix.
Add 1 tsp chilli sauce and 1 cup water to it. Mix well.
Now add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp vinegar to it and mix.
Add the prepared balls to it and cook for a minute. Turn off the gas and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
