Add chopped onion, ginger paste and green chillies in it. Saute till onion becomes translucent. (Medium heat) Add turmeric, garam masala and salt to it. Mix well. Now add grated cabbage, carrot (take out the extra juice from the carrots by squeezing between your palms) and green peas to it. Cook well. Turn off the gas when done and let it cool. After that transfer it to a blender and blend it smooth. (Do not add water) Now heat a pan and dry roast gram flour/besan till it becomes little dark in colour. (Low - medium heat)(approx. 2-3 minutes) Turn off the gas and add the blended paste to it. Mix well. Transfer it to a bowl. Add bread crumbs, chilli powder, dry mango powder/amchoor, black pepper, cardamom powder and boiled-mashed potatoes to it. Mix everything well. Taste the salt, add more if required. Now grease your palm with oil and take a small portion of mixture, roll it around a skewer. (not very thick) Prepare all the skewers at once. Grill the kebabs on a tawa/pan. Add oil and cook from all the sides. (Medium-high heat) Take out when turns brown from all the sides. Serve hot!
