take toor dal soaked in water for 15 minutes add it in a pressure cooker
add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, ghee and water
close the lid and cook until 2 whistles on medium heat
take spinach and cut it into thin stripes.
now add ghee, cumin seeds, hing, ginger and garlic in pan
fry it for a minute
add green chillies, and fry it a little
now add onion
fry until it becomes translucent
add tomatoes
cook until it becomes soft
add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder
mix it well
add the dal and mix it
now add the palak and mix it
boil it for 2 minutes
add lime juice and coriander leaves
mix it well
