First add full fat milk in a pan
boil it on medium heat
add lime juice
add and mix little at a time until curdles
strain it using a muslin cloth
add cold water and squeeze out all the water
place a heavy object on it and leave it for 30 minutes
now break it into small pieces and knead it
make it smooth by pressing
knead it for 10-12 minutes
add corn flour and mix it well for 2 minutes
apply oil on the palm, take a small portion and press between palm
roll it smooth without any cracks and keep it
now add sugar, water and cardamom in a pan
boil it on high heat
drop the balls
cover and boil it on medium heat
stir in between
boil it for 10 minutes
let it cool
soft and juicy rasgulla is ready
