fudgy brownie - Chocolate fudge brownie - eggless

This is an eggless chocolate fudge brownie recipe.

Ingredients

  • water
  • 150 gram chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs total
  • 3/4 cup flour/maida
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • First add water in a container and heat it
  • place a glass bowl on the top of it
  • add chocolate chips, unsalted butter, in it
  • mix it and let it melt
  • add cocoa powder and sugar
  • mix it well
  • add vanilla essence and eggs one after another and keep mixing it for few minutes
  • now add flour/maida and salt and sift it
  • mix it well
  • transfer it to a baking tray
  • bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes
  • take it out and cut it in desired shape
  • fudgy chocolate brownie is ready
