- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup coconut grated
- 1 cup jaggery
- 3 tbsp ghee total
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
To prepare badam ke laddu, first add badam/almonds in a pan
roast it for 5 minutes on medium heat
transfer it to a blender
now add coconut in the pan
roast until it becomes dry and brown
transfer it to a blender and let it cool
now add jaggery and grind it
add ghee, almonds and raisins in a pan
fry until it becomes crispy
add it to the mixture
add cardamom powder and black pepper
mix it well
add ghee and mix it
apply ghee on the palm
take small portion and make laddu
badam laddu is ready
