Badam laddu or almond laddu is a healthy dessert which is also an immunity booster recipe.

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup coconut grated
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 3 tbsp ghee total
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed


  • To prepare badam ke laddu, first add badam/almonds in a pan 
  • roast it for 5 minutes on medium heat
  • transfer it to a blender
  • now add coconut in the pan
  • roast until it becomes dry and brown
  • transfer it to a blender and let it cool
  • now add jaggery and grind it
  • add ghee, almonds and raisins in a pan 
  • fry until it becomes crispy
  • add it to the mixture
  • add cardamom powder and black pepper
  • mix it well
  • add ghee and mix it
  • apply ghee on the palm 
  • take small portion and make laddu
  • badam laddu is ready
