Oats Uttapam

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water as required
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • onion, carrot, coriander handful


  • To prepare oats uttapam, First take oats in a blenderand blend it
  • add it to a bowl and add curd, salt and water
  • mix it well
  • add water in batches and mix it to thick consistancy
  • leave it for an hour
  • now transfer it to a bowl and add water ans mix it
  • add rice flour, mix it and make it smooth
  • add ginger, green chilli and black pepper and mix it
  • add salt and mix it well
  • now apply oil on the pan
  • add the prepared batter on the hot pan
  • sprinkle some onions, carrot and coriander leaves
  • apply oil and cover it for a minute
  • flip it and again cook for a minute
  • healthy oats uttapam is ready
