Rava bread recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup semolina/rava
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 medium onion
  • cilantro handful
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 small carrot
  • 80 grams sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • To prepare rava toast, add rava and curd in a bowl and mix it
  • add salt and mix it for 10 minutes
  • now add water, onion, cilantro, chilli, carrot and moong sprouts and mix it well
  • add salt, oregano, chili flakes and water and mix it well
  • now take brown bread and cut it in circular shape using a round cutter
  • add prepared mixture on one side of te bread
  • apply butter on the pan
  • place the toast upside down
  • cook it on medium heat for 3 minutes
  • flip and coo for a minute
  • rava toast is ready
