To prepare roti quesadilla take grated cabbage and squeeze it using a muslin cloth to take out extra water
add it in a bowl and add ginger, green chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, amchoor, salt and coriander leaves
mix it well
add mozzarella cheese and mix it well
add peanuts and mix it
now apply oil on the pan
take chapati and cook for 1 minute
flip and apply oil
add the mixture and spread it evenly
place one more chapati on the top
apply oil and cook on both sides
again add the prepared mixture on the top and place one more chapati on it
repeat one more time
cover and cook for 1 minute
cut into 4 peices
roti quesadilla is ready
