Ingredients

  • 11 grams coriander leaves
  • 11 grams mint leaves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 4 potatoes mashed
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • chutney
  • 2 tsp butter
  • white bread
  • water
  • oil

Instructions

  • To prepare mint bread rolls first, and corinder leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and lime juice in a blender
  • grind it fine and prepare chutney
  • now take a bowl and mashed potatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, garlic granules, ginger, prepared chutney, butter,
  • mix it well
  • now take white bread and cut off the sides
  • dip in water, press and remove extra water
  • add the prepared stuffing
  • seal it properly
  • drop it in hot oil
  • fry on medium heat until it turns golden brown
  • bread roll is ready
