To prepare mint bread rolls first, and corinder leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and lime juice in a blender
grind it fine and prepare chutney
now take a bowl and mashed potatoes, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, garlic granules, ginger, prepared chutney, butter,
mix it well
now take white bread and cut off the sides
dip in water, press and remove extra water
add the prepared stuffing
seal it properly
drop it in hot oil
fry on medium heat until it turns golden brown
bread roll is ready
