To prepare beetroot chickpea burger first, add oil and onion in a pan
fry it for a minute
add ginger-garlic paste and fry it
add grated beetroot and salt
cook it for 10 minutes on medium heat
Now add soaked chickpea in a food processor
grind it fine and add it to a bowl
add potatoes and mash it
now add coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder, amchoor, salt and beetroot
mix it well
now take flour and water and mix it well o thiun consistency
take small portion of the prepared mixture and prepare flatten balls
dip it in flour paste
roll it in bread crumbs
now apply oil on a pan
fry the prepared patty for 10 minutes
apply oil and cook on the other side for 10 minutes
take the burger bun and slice it
apply tomato ketchup and place the prepared patty
add capsicum, cheese, tomato slice, mustard and lettuce leaf
