Instructions
To prepare methi thepla first, add methi, ginger paste, green chillies, carom seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and oil
mix it well
add little wheat flour and mix it well
now add all the flour and curd and knead it
add curd in batches and knead a soft dough
add oil and knead a little
now take a small portion and dust some flour and roll it very thin
Heat the pan and brush some oil
cook it on medium heat
flip it and brush some oil
press and cook on both sides until done
