To prepare rice kheer first, wash the rice and add it to the food processor
process it and break it, do not grind very fine
Now add ghee, almonds, cashews, in a pan, roast it and take it out
now add ghee to the same pan and add rice and cook for 4 minutes
add water and cardamom and mix it well
cover and cook it
stir in between occasionally
add more water if required and cook 90%
now add milk and cardamom in a container
boil until it reduce to half
add the cooked rice, sugar and mix it well
add saffron milk and mash it a little
rice kheer is ready
