To prepare plain dosa first, add rice, urad dal and methi seeds, in a bowl and wash it
add water and soak for 4 hours
now add it to the blender and grind it fine to prepare doa batter
add little water and mix it well
add salt and mix it well
now cover it and leave it for 8-10 hours
foam is formed and now mix it well
now rub oil using onion on the pan
sprinkle some water and add dosa batter on it
sprea it thin and evenly
add oil
cover and cook for a minute
plain dosa is ready
