To prepare chole masala, first add chole water, salt, bayleafs, badi elaichi, teabags in a pressure cooker
mix it well and cover it and cook for 25 minutes
now add oil, ghee, cumin seeds, green chillies, in a pan
fry it for a minute
add ginger garlic paste and fry it
now add onion paste and mix it
cook until it becomes gray in colour
now add salt and tomatoes an mix it well
cover it and cook for 5 minutes
give it a mix
add turmeric, coriander powder, chili powder and garam masala, mix it well
again cover and cook for 2 minutes
now add the boiled chickpeas and mix it well
add water left from chickpea and add more water if required
mix it well and cover and cook for 2 minutes
add kasuri methi and tamarind pulp and mix it well
chole masala is ready
