Ingredients

For manchurian balls

  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp corn starch

For preparation

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp spring onion
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

  • To prepare veg manchurian first add cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, flour and corn starch in a bowl
  • mix it well, add little water if required
  • take small portion, roll it and prepare manchurian balls
  • Fry it on hot oil on medium flame until it turns golden brown
  • Now add oil, garlic, ginger in a pan and fry it for a minute
  • add onions and fry until it turns translucent
  • now take corn starch, add water, mix it and add it to the pan
  • mix it well
  • add soy sauce, spring onions, chilli sauce and mix it well
  • add water and mix it
  • now add salt and vinegar and mix it well
  • add the prepared manchurian balls, mix and coat it well
  • veg manchurian is ready
