Cheese bombs

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • coriander leaves handful
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 300 gram boiled potatoes
  • flour/maida
  • water
  • bread crumbs
  • cheddar cheese
  • oil


  • To prepare cheese bombs first, add cheese, sweet corn, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves, corn starch, boiled potatoes, in a bowl
  • mix it well until it comes together
  • now take flour in a cup, add water and mix it well to prepare a paste
  • take a samll portion from the prepared mixture, flatten it and add a cube of cheedar cheese into it
  • close it and seal it properly, roll to make a ball
  • dip it in flour paste and bread crumbs
  • freeze it for 30 minutes
  • drop it in hot oil
  • fry it on medium high heat until it turns golden brown
  • cheese bombs are ready
