Ingredients

  • 156 grams spinach
  • 160 gram flour/maida
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp water

Instructions

  • To prepare crispy palak ke matar first take spinach in a blender and grind it fine
  • strain it and keep the remaining to prepare dough later
  • Now add flour, salt, oil and knead it
  • add water and knead a stiff dough
  • apply oil on the palm
  • take a small portion and roll it
  • roll it very thin
  • take a knife and cut it in matar shape
  • drop it in hot oil
  • fry till dark green on medium heat
  • crispy palak ke matar is ready
