To prepare shahi paneer first add cashews and milk in a blender and blend it
now add butter, oil, cumin seeds, in a pan and let it crackle
add garlic paste and fry for minute
add onion and fry until it becomes translucent
now and tomato and cover and cook for 5 minutes
add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric and salt and mix it well
now cover and cook for 3 minutes
let it cool completely
now add it to the blender and grind it and make a paste
add butter, prepared paste and cashew paste in a pan and mix it well
cook it for 2 minutes
add honey and water and mix it well
now add fresh cream, cardamom powder, lime juice and mix it well
now add water and paneer and mix it
add garam masala and cover it and cook for a minute
shahi paneer is ready
