Ingredients

  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 2 tbsp bhujia sev
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • coriander handful
  • 78 gram sweet corn
  • 63 gram yogurt
  • white bread
  • butter
  • cheese slice

Instructions

  • To prepare chilli cheese sandwich first, green chilli, garlic, peanuts, bhujia sev, salt, coriander leaves and lime juice in a blender
  • blend it and make a paste
  • now add sweet corn, prepared chilli paste and yogurt in a bowl and mix it well
  • now take white bread and cut off the sides and add butter and filling
  • place another slice and apply butter and both sides
  • place it on a pan and cook on low medium heat for 2 minutes on both sides
  • flip and cook it and cover it for a minute
  • chilli cheese sandwich is ready
